Every plan includes hosting, your domain, SSL, security updates and up to 1 hour of changes a month. Prepaid plans continue at $99/month when the term ends unless you cancel or renew. All payments are final; there are no refunds. Full details are in the terms of service.
Questions people ask.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. I build it, you look at it, and if it isn't for you, that's the end of it. There's nothing to sign and no card needed to see a preview.
What if I don't have a website at all?
That's fine. I'll build the preview from your Google listing, Facebook page and anything else you send me, and help you get a domain name.
How fast can my site go live?
Once you say yes and send any changes you want (photos, text, hours, prices), I make the updates and launch. Most of the work is already done by then, because you've seen the preview.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It's registered in your name. While you're on a plan I renew it for you at no extra cost. If you ever leave, it stays yours and I'll transfer it to you on request.
How do I cancel?
On the month-to-month plan, email me anytime. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Prepaid plans cover their full term.
Do you give refunds?
No. All payments are final, which is exactly why you see your full site before paying anything. If something's not right, tell me and I'll fix it.
What if I need more than small updates?
Up to 1 hour of changes a month is included. Bigger work, like new pages or new features, is $50 an hour, and I'll always tell you the estimate first.
What isn't included?
Online stores and payments, booking systems, logo design, professional photography and paid ads aren't part of the standard build. Ask me and I'll quote them separately.
